CuInstant

Struct CuInstant

Source
pub struct CuInstant(/* private fields */);
Expand description

An instant on one robot clock’s undisciplined local timeline, in nanoseconds.

Obtain readings through RobotClock::raw_now. Compare instants only within that clock and its clones, which share an origin and counter calibration. Execution timestamps use CuTime; converting an instant to execution time requires the clock’s mapping.

use cu29_clock::{CuDuration, RobotClock};

let (clock, control) = RobotClock::mock();
let start = clock.raw_now();
control.increment(CuDuration::from_millis(1));
let deadline = start + CuDuration::from_millis(1);
assert_eq!(clock.raw_now(), deadline);
assert_eq!(deadline - start, CuDuration::from_millis(1));
