max_error: CuDuration

Maximum usable timestamp uncertainty.

max_age: CuDuration

Maximum age of an accepted reference measurement.

drift_bound_ppb: u32

Relative oscillator error during holdover.

max_slew_ppb: u32

Additional phase correction rate; must leave the total rate positive.
